At Chef & the Baker, we began with one simple idea: to combine our culinary talents and bring you the absolute best of both worlds.
We’re Chef Rosana and Chef Ricardo—the duo behind beloved Tampa Bay concepts like Piquant and Xilo Mexican. You might recognize Chef Rosana from her Food Network win on Beat Bobby Flay, where she triumphed with her signature empanadas. And Chef Ricardo? He brought his whimsical artistry to Disney+’s Foodtastic, dazzling audiences with his edible creations.
Our new Gourmet Eatery in South Tampa is a beautifully designed café offering a full culinary experience. Here, you’ll find artisan pastries, hand-crafted breads, elevated breakfast, and chef-driven lunch items—made fresh daily and served in a stylish, welcoming space.
Behind the scenes, our Factory Bakery in Pinellas Park serves as our production hub for wholesale baking, catering orders, and nationwide shipping. It’s where our signature pastries and baked goods are crafted from scratch and distributed to some of Tampa Bay’s favorite destinations—including TPA Airport.
